Caterpillar has
introduced a four-model range of E Series hydraulic breakers. Designed and
built by Cat itself, the H110E, H115E, H120E and H130E are intended for use on
smaller excavators and backhoe loaders. The breakers have a symmetrical housing
design, allowing the housing to be turned to compensate for wear. An optional
wear package is available to extend durability in severe applications.
All four
hammers feature automatic shut-off, to stop the breaker instantly when the tool
breaks through the material. This improves reliability and reduces blank
firing. Sound suppression is standard on all E Series models.
