Dust Control Technology is displaying The Dustboss DB-60 at
CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2011.
The Dustboss DB-60 is the largest model in the range of dust
control systems and is designed for large-scale suppression, with 50-200micron
droplets launched by a powerful 25hp fan 200feet into the air. As the unit
oscillates it covers up to half an acre with a virtual dust blanket.
The greatest attraction between dust particles and water
droplets occur when they are about the same size and a slipstream affect is
avoided. The nozzle and fan in the Dustboss DB-60 are designed specifically to
create the 50-200micron sized droplets.
