Manuli Hydraulics will be showing Q-Safe MQS-DHI series,
which it said provides an innovative solution for quick coupling to hose
attachments in demanding OEM applications. The DHI – short for direct hose integration
- series integrates quick couplings (ISO A, ISO 16028 and push-pull) and hose
inserts (MF2000) for highly compact, shorter, lighter, lower cost, leak-free
solutions, according to the company. The sizes available are 3/8” (9.5mm) and
½” (12.7mm) body sizes.
It will be shown as part of the Manuli Q-Safe range of
hydraulic couplings, designed to meet and exceed the industry standards for
double shut-off applications. The range offers hydraulic solutions for markets
such as construction, agriculture, forestry, mining, utility vehicles,
transportation and general industrial. Products range from ¼inch (6mm) to
1½inches (38mm) body sizes and up to 10,150psi (700bar) working pressures and
1,000,000 impulse cycles. All are provided with Cr3+ (Trivalent Chrome) surface
coating for resistance to corrosion. Manuli also offers a range of check
valves, caps/plugs and replacement spare parts.
