From free presentations on the show floor to new in depth courses
led by industry experts, the educational events at IFPE 2011 will provide
information on new power transmission and motion control technologies to
engineers and others involved in the design and manufacturing process.
The events, held
March 23-25, 2011 at the Las
Vegas Convention Center,
include the 52nd National Conference on Fluid Power, which will incorporate
presentations including keynote addresses from leading industry experts on
pumps and hydraulic hybrids. IFPE attendees will also be able to benefit from the
show’s Innovations Theater, which will feature free education sessions on the
show floor. Here, experts in the field will present real-world solutions for
current and future design applications.
Additionally, in
depth courses focusing on lubrication, hydraulic hybrids and noise, vibration
and harshness for fluid power systems will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00
p.m., as well as 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both March 21 and 22. Course topics
include: Basic Lubrication; Hydraulic Fluids and Their Application;
Noise in Hydraulic Fluid Power Systems; and Design, Modeling and Control of
Hybrid Vehicles.
