The new
EcoMix mixing plant can produce all known concrete mixes in top quality, says
Ammann, with high-precision measuring equipment and comprehensive process
control guaranteeing perfect results. The plant uses Ammann's as1 plant control
system, which has been designed to be operator-friendly and to enables the
efficient production of concrete. The EcoMix mixing plant has a galvanized
steel supporting structure, chosen to be both lightweight and warp-resistant as
well as being suitable for use in areas with seismic activity. The plant is equipped
with the tried and tested Amix twin-shaft paddle mixer and is pre-assembled and
tested at the factory. Its optional climate control is designed to be
energy-efficient and suitable for any climate zone. The EcoMix is also said to
be suitable for use in urban area as its needs little space and has low
emissions.
