Grasan will
highlight its services for custom designing and building large, track-mounted
crushing plants. The latest example is the KRHT-60E impact crusher plant that was
designed and built for a large limestone quarry. The KRHT-60E can process up to 3,000US tons
per hour (2,706tonnes per hour) and measures 47feet (14.3m) high,
39feet (11.9m) wide and 122feet (37.2m) long, or 183feet (55.8m) with a
discharge conveyor. It weighs 600US tons (544tonnes), and is mounted on two
pairs of custom-designed tracks with smooth pads and self-leveling stabilizer legs. It can turn
at angles up to 90° degrees.
Grasan also
engineers and constructs stationary jaw and impactor-based crushing, screening,
storage and material handling systems and structures for new or upgraded quarry
plants, as well as portable concrete rubble crushing systems.
