Kleemann’s MR 110 EVO mobile crusher has had its US
launch at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011.
The plant, which is designed for processing blasted natural
stone, asphalt and demolition waste, is said to achieve outputs that were
previously only possible with larger crushing plants. Input capacities of 388US
tons (350tonnes)per hour can be
achieved, despite its comparatively small crusher inlet dimensions of 3.6feet by
2.6feet (1,100mm by 800 mm).
The EVO concept combines a new material flow design with
refinements of all individual components. The material flow concept adopted in
the EVO models has been designed for high efficiency and to eliminate all
restrictions to the flow of the material throughout the entire plant. For
example, the discharge chute under the crusher is 4inches (100mm) wider than the
inner width of the crusher, and the subsequent discharge belt is another 4inches (100mm)
wider than the discharge chute. This allows material to be transported quickly
away from the critical area under the crusher, with the flow rate increased and
wear reduced, said Kleemann.
